Hits at a base of 400 damage.
But it's also very fast at 4 beats (Most attacks are 12 beats, so if you
time things well...)
Gives a 40 percent chance to apply berserk to yourself.
20 percent chance to apply weaken to your enemy.
Receives a bonus modified by Strength and Dex (50/50)
