A passive protection that has a 50 percent chance of dealing cold damage 
in return to some attacks landed upon your person.
Provides an in room line.
Provides to cold and paralysis. Congrats you're Elsa the cold
never bothered you anyways.
Provides -50 (this is good you want this) AC.
A skill innate to nobody but can sometimes be found on characters whose
RP fits and have a shield bearing class. So an occasional Warrior, 
Sentinel, or Inquisitor.
