Cross Clan War Rule Update

Some changes are coming! Starting today, we're implementing new
rules regarding alts and clan structure. To better manage cross-clan
multiplay during war times, each war-type faction will now have
designated subclans for retired/inactive toons. This ensures
that players who've stepped back can preserve their past RP
and affiliations without disrupting wartime balance or being
forced out entirely.

These changes aim to maintain fairness while respecting everyone's
