Syntax: racestatus
Description: Displays the current status of the race at your location. If you are participating,
it shows your standing and progress. If you are simply observing, it shows which race is
running, who is in it, and how it is going.
Details:
Must be at a race track or inside a vehicle currently entered in a race.
If no race is in progress, you will be informed.
