Interdict Interdictor Gravity well

Tractor interdict [on/off]

Activating your interdictor prevents ships from leaving the system
via hyperspace. An active interdictor always creates a gravity
well that pulls ships out of hyperspace if they travelled through
that hyper route.
     Requires a powerful tractor beam and Tractor Beams skill.
