To the Legacy of the Sith Community,

I want to address some recent concerns regarding discriminatory and harassing behavior within our community. Legacy of the Sith (LotS) is committed to being a safe and inclusive space for all players, including those from marginalized groups such as the LGBT community.

As part of this commitment, we are implementing a new Anti-Discrimination and Harassment Policy. This policy outlines our zero-tolerance stance on any form of discrimination or harassment based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, or any other aspect of an individual's identity.

Here are the key points of the policy:

    Zero Tolerance: Discriminatory or harassing behavior will not be tolerated and will result in immediate consequences.
    Reporting: Players can confidentially report any instances of discrimination or harassment to the staff.
    Consequences: Offenders will receive a warning for the first offense, and further offenses will lead to removal from LotS platforms.
    Confidentiality: Respect for the privacy of all players is paramount. Personal information, including gender identity and sexual orientation, is private and should not be inquired about or discussed without explicit consent.
    Community Education: We will provide resources and education to foster a respectful and inclusive community.

Effective immediately, these guidelines will be enforced across all LotS platforms. Our staff will actively monitor behavior and take necessary actions to uphold this policy.

LotS will always be a safe place for LGBT and marginalized folks. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in making our community a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.
