Avatar, Music, Newbie and OOC, : These channels are strictly used to
communicate' Out Of Character Chat ' conversations only. The spreading
of IC information on OOC will result in the offender being silenced.
OOC is defined as any conversation between players that does not
disseminate 'In Character ' events or current knowledge. OOC is strictly
a social channel designed for community conversation and comradery.

Chat: Chat is a 'In Character' gossip channel only. What you hear
on Chat should be taken as gossip and rumors, weather it is true or not.
Chat is no different than an IRL CB Radio Network or Internet Chat Room.
In no way should any player Flame Chat based on what is said or
heard on Avatar, Music, Newbie, or OOC

News is an in game informational news broadcast, If you have access
to a News Room all IC rules apply. News channel should be consider as
tabloid information and not a statement of facts. Immortals from
time to time will make announcements on the News channel for the purpose
of updating the community live.
